(“Sponsor”) American Hole ‘n One (“Administrator”), participating Chevy dealers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealerships and website providers/web masters are not eligible to enter or win.  Eligible individuals associated with the Chevrolet Youth Baseball league and/or parks are eligible to enter.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are binding and final on matters relating to this promotion.  Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.  Entries will be divided in up to thirty-five (35) Local Marketing Associations (“Markets”) listed below (there may be as few as thirty (30) Markets). Each Market will have its own random drawing for the Second Prize. Markets will be based on name of dealership listed on the ticket or home address of entrant.

to enter:  Between February 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010 (“Entry Period”), there are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Chevrolet Youth Baseball representatives will make official entry tickets available before or during games and in their community during the Entry Period, while supplies last. To receive one (1) entry, complete the sweepstakes entry portion of the ticket and (i) return it to the representative by June 30, 2010, or (ii) mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Southeast Chevrolet Youth Baseball Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1989, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2010 and received by July 7, 2010 to be eligible. At the time you obtain your entry ticket, you may, if you wish, make a donation to the Chevrolet Youth Baseball league, but a donation is not related to entry or required to enter.  Or 2) to enter without obtaining an entry ticket, hand-print your full name, complete address, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code) and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Southeast Chevrolet Youth Baseball Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1989, Buford, GA 30515. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2010 and received by July 7, 2010 to be eligible.  You can enter as often as you wish; however, each entry must be mailed separately.  Mechanical reproductions and entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  All entries become the property of Administrator and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

Grand prize WINNER SELECTION:  One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about July 28, 2010 from all eligible entries received from all Markets.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Potential winners will be notified by telephone, phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected at Administrator’s sole discretion. 

SECOND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:  One (1) potential winner for each Market (up to thirty-five (35) total potential winners) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about July 29, 2010 from all eligible entries received for the applicable Market drawing.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Market drawing.  Non-winning eligible entries from one Market drawing will not be included in any other Markets’ drawing.  Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and where lawful a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance.  If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, notification is returned as undeliverable, Administrator is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue at Administrator’s sole discretion.

PrizeS: Grand Prize (1): The winner will receive his/her choice of a 2010 Chevy Malibu or a 2010 Chevy Equinox (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price not to exceed $24,995). Grand Prize Conditions: Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment.  Winner must have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued in his/her state of residence and proof of insurance to take delivery, and the color, options, package, accessories, and other specifics will be at Administrator’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle at the dealership listed on his/her ticket, or a nearby dealership specified by the Sponsor. In the event a mail-in entry is selected, that winner must take delivery of vehicle at a dealership near winner’s residence specified by Administrator. Winner is solely responsible for any and all income, federal, state and local taxes.  Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value.  All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion.  Second Prize (ONE (1) PER MARKET – UP TO THIRTY-FIVE (35)): A home entertainment package (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 each).  Prizes are awarded (“as is”) with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Administrator. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.  Limit one (1) prize per household. All prize details are at Administrator’s sole discretion.  Total ARV of all prizes: $59.995.

General Conditions:  Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible, delayed, damaged, stolen or inaccurate entries; or for other errors or problems of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, mechanical or otherwise relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any promotion-related materials.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the promotion, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.  Should any portion of the promotion be, in Administrator’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Administrator, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such drawing(s) prior to action taken.  Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, participating Chevy dealers, American Hole ’n One, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealerships, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any injury or harm resulting from use of the vehicle) or participation in this promotion.  Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
